Dear colleagues
Please find below the details of how to pay the registration fees of the ESTRO teaching
course "lMAGING AND TARGET VOLUME DETERMINATION IN RADIOTHERAPY" Cairo, Egypt. 
It will be held in Children’s Cancer Hospital, Egypt during the period 16-20 October,2011.
The fees will be according to the date of receiving the fees (See the table below).
Please send me copy of the receipt for our records.

The registration fees:

A special reduced rate is applicable to non sponsored participants working in the Middle East and the Larger Middle East. The registration fees are as follow:

Category:       Up to 31st August 2011        1st Sept - 31st Sept 2011           1st October  2011
Junior staff*    200 €                                   300 €                                        400 €
Other staff      300 €                                   400 €                                        600 €

* Junior staff: Trainee radiation oncologists, physicists and technologists i.e. resident or registrar. Letter from the head of the training programme is required.

On Site Registration (i.e. during the meeting):

Full ESTRO fees i.e. ESTRO Members: 725 €. – Non ESTRO Members: 850 €.
